of the County of Travis and State of Texas for and in

said Section 11, said point being the true point of beginning, THENCE, N 89° 41' 40"
E along the north line of the said S 1/2 SW 1/4 Section 11 fora distance of 933/48',
THENCE S 00 18' 20" E for a distance of 1185.31', to a point on the northeasterly
right of way of Colorado State Highway No. 9, THENCE N 930 13' 35" W along said R.O.W.
for a distance of 1620.88' to a point on the North line of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of said
Section 10, THENCE S 890 44' S7" E along said North line SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 10 for
a distance of 170.33' to the Nw corner S 1/2 SW 1/4 of said Section 11, the true point
of beginning, containing 15.00 acres, more or less. All bearings are based on the West
