Sin~~e sand anJ gravel and paving materials are a <br />necessity for any economic rtevelapment in this sparsely <br />populated area and this location has good quality <br />sand and gravel iC is definitely a positive action <br />to approve it's ave. 1'he quality of life is enhanced <br />by gaud roads and mud Free parking areas. Because of <br />the AKC:O development upgrading of SII 69, and paving <br />materials wtll bu required.
