Co. <br />Limited Impact Permit App). <br />Exhibit "D" - Widlife, Water Resources, Vegetation 8 Soils <br />Wildlife on the site is limited due to livestock grazing and f~ncing.The <br />Immediate area is not a habitat or traditional route for any type oflendangered <br />or local wildlife. Most wildlife in the area have located more vrete bie habitat <br />than the open sloped property near and of the site. The site when fi <br />provide a better benefit to wildlife than presently exist. In the <br />grass would be available and a natural windbreak would exist. <br />Water Resources for this operation will involve several water s <br />on site supplied by off-site water hauled to the site. No water di <br />may <br />that native <br />tanks <br />ion or <br />impoundment is planned with this operation. The nearest water course i:o the mining <br />operation is the Huerfano River which lies approximately one-half mil east of the <br />site, outside of any mining influences. <br />Vegetation on the site is primarily native grasses with sparact <br />schrub type growth.
