I have included the comments of Mr. Martin of the Division of Wildlife in section H, along <br />with some details of our operating hours for the Ume period Mr. Martin would like us to <br />avdd heavy activity. <br />We have made the statements from the Division of Water Resources /Department of <br />Natural Resources a part of section G. As noted in our discussion ACA does not antidpate <br />encountering any water and will stay above the water table. Also, as stated above, ACA <br />does not feel a discharge permit is necessary, but will proceed with a determination from <br />the CDPHE-WQCD. All water consumed on site will be purchased from Cdorado Springs <br />with the approval of the Division of Water Resources through a substitute supply plan. <br />In regard to the letter received from the Army Corps of Engineers, ACA will not be <br />discharging dredge or fill material into waters of the US. Also there has been no record of <br />any water flow into the property from any drainage noted in the past 20 years we owned <br />this property. Also, there are no wetlands on this site. ACA will have a site visit with the <br />Corps of Engineer staff to determine iF any other permits will be required. <br />I have included the notice of receipt from Lake County for this letter and all of the attached <br />artides submitted with this letter.
