EXHIBIT K <br /> Climate <br /> Climate information was available for the Steamboat Springs weather station from the Colorado <br /> Climate Center (sponsored by Colorado State University). The climate data collected from 1908 <br /> through 1997 indicates the total annual precipitation at the site to be approximately 23.95 inches <br /> per year and annual mean temperature to be approximately 38.8 degrees Fahrenheit.
