Sources of Water <br /> This reach of the Yampa River is not fully appropriated at this time. A well permit application <br /> will be submitted to the State Engineer's Office for the consumptive use from the mining <br /> operation. <br /> Surrounding Water Rights <br /> Exhibit G-1 shows the permitted and/or adjudicated water rights within % mile of the River <br /> Valley Resource site. A well permit database search and water rights tabulation, obtained from <br /> the State Engineer's Office, were used to locate the surrounding water rights and wells identified <br /> on Exhibit G-I. Although there may be other wells in the area, they are not registered and <br /> permitted with the State Engineer's Office, The results of the well permit database search and <br /> water rights tabulation are included in Exhibit G-2. <br /> As required by the State Engineer's Office, a gravel pit well permit will be obtained. If <br /> dewatering the River Valley Resource site creates injuries to surrounding wells, Western Mobile <br /> Northern, Inc. will take all necessary actions to remedy the injuries. <br /> Water Quality <br /> An application for a Colorado Discharge Permit System (CDPS) Permit will be submitted to the <br /> Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment for the River Valley Resource site.
