No work will be allowed at night, Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays without prior authorizatio¢ <br />from the Depar¢nent. Construction traffic control devices, when not in test, shall be removed or tinned away from traffic. <br />26. No drainage from this site shall enter onto the Slate Highway travel lanes, The Petr¢itteu is required to <br />detain all drautage in excess of historical flow, and tine of concentrntion on site. The petmince shall keep the culvert ope¢ings clear of debris and maintain the culvert in operating <br />condition- <br />29. When it is neccasary to remove any highway right-of-way fence, the posts on either side of tlxt access <br />entrance shall be securely braced with approved end posts artd in conformance with the Department's <br />M-60~-1 standard, before the fence is cut, to prevent slacking of the remaining fence. It is the responsibility of the Pennit[ee to prevent aU livestock from entering the Smta Idighway right-of- <br />• way az this access location. Any livestock that does enter the highway right-of-way shall be the sole <br />responsibility oftht Permittec. <br />31. Landscaping shall not obstruct sight distance at any State Highway access point. In the event the <br />landscaping becomes unsightly or considered [n be a ttaRic hazard Tlte: Depaztntent may require that tt <br />be rcruoved promptly by the Permittee apd a[ no cast to the Depatunent. <br />32. If the temporary access utilizes a gate, the gate shall be set back far enough from the highway so that the <br />longest vehicle using the access can clear the roadway when the gate is cloud. <br />33. All requred access improvements shall bt itrstalled prior to the herein-authorized use of this access. <br />34.
