Recreation Values <br />As shown in [he Williams Fork URA, the area to be mined has a <br />moderate capability to attract and sustain dispersed recreation <br />based on its interesting topographic variety, its vegetation, <br />• and its wildlife viewing opportunities. There are no known <br />significant human interest values within the area, The mining <br />activity in the area is considered to have human interest value, <br />but this is minimal because of low visibility from the Hayden <br />Divide Road. The area does not possess wilderness or roadless <br />values. <br />Acceasability for recreation purposes would be limited to sur- <br />face owners preferences as yell as access limitation across <br />State land which is controlled by the surface lessee under <br />present State policy. <br />I.
