Isn ' t <br /> it a waste of time to issue a permit to mine (if that <br /> would be your decision) when perhaps that permit <br /> would violate the final zoning on the affected land? <br /> I urge you to wait until the Courts have decided <br /> the issue before wasting the taxpayers time and money <br /> conducting hearings , doing research, etc. <br /> Besides , I hear that the meeting is to be held in <br /> Steamboat Springs . That is ridiculous . How can <br /> working people leave their jobs for two days to get <br /> to a meeting in Steamboat Springs to voice their <br /> objections? <br /> Please reconsider putting this matter on the agenda <br /> for September 27 and 28 . <br /> Yours truly, <br /> D.
