Railroad facilities are shown on Map I 1 and ] lA. When operations are resumed in the .
fourth quarter of 2001, coal will be railed to the loadout facility by way of a self-
unloading trough train. This train is equipped with an unloading conveyor that dumps
onto a stacking conveyor mounted on the end of the train. This stacking conveyor can
radiate up to 90° to either side of the train dumping onto either the clean coal conveyor..
coming from the prep plant or the ground within the clean coal stockpile azea.
An unloading hopper will be added to a rail side-track to facilitate handling bottom-dump
hopper cazs. Coal will be transported from this hopper to either clean coal or raw coal
stockpiles, and eventually either to the loadout silos or the prep plant for processing.
Unit trains will be loaded from the silos by way of the Loadout/batch weigh system. Rail
facilities aze owned by the Trinidad Railway, Inc. and, as requested, the main line track
and grade will remain following mine reclamation (see Exhibit 35).
•
Revised 10/02/01 2.05-8A MR-84
C\
J
