Transfer of Owr,erslilp or Control <br />In the evr_nt of any change to control or ownership of facilities frcm i•rhlch <br />the authorized discharges emanate, the pennit[ce shall notify the succeeding <br />owner or controller of tfie existence of this permit by letter, a copy of <br />which shall be fon~+ardcd to [he Regional Administrator and the State 4Ja[cr <br />Quality Control Division. <br />3.
