Allen, may claim an interest in and to the <br />mineral interests in the real property which is the subject matter of this action by virtue of <br />a Warranty Dced recorded on March 7, 2005 under Reception No- 610775, (and 6]0777), <br />of the Perk Coumy records.. <br />7. Defendant, Park County, may claim an interest in and to the mineral interests in tha real <br />property which is the subject matter of this action by virtue of a Warranty Deed recorded . <br />on November 1, 1982 at Book 346, Page 487 of the Park County records. <br />8. Defendant, Bruce R. Plankinton, may claim an interest im and to the mineral interests in <br />the real pmperty which is the subject matter of this action by virtue of a Warranty Deed <br />recorded on August 17, 2001 under Reception No. 549961 of the Park County records. <br />9. Defendant, P1anlintotr Family Limrted Partnership, may claim an interest in and to the <br />mineral interests in the real property which is the subject %atter of this action by virtue of <br />a Warranty Deed recorded on October 2b, 1998 under Recpption No. 497225 of the Park <br />County recoils, and by virtue of the Deed recorded on March 7, 2005 under Reception <br />No. 610774. <br />10. Defendan[, River Ranch Restoration Company, LLC, may clam an interest in and to the <br />mineral interests in the real property which is the subject matter of this action by virtue of <br />a Warranty Deed recptded on June 30, 2004 under Reception No. 601249. <br />
