Dept. of Aatural Resource° <br />Re: Colorado Division of Highway, "McVey Pit" lii permit Transfe <br />a 110 permit File No. 78-225AL <br />Dear Board Members: <br />This letter is to answer remaining questions on the McVey Gravel <br />Pit No,78-225AL. <br />I'm sending you a Publisher's Affidavit as proof of said publication. <br />Mr. and Mrs. H.E. Ming are separated by a County Road and a small area <br />of Land but being owners of land so close to the McVey Pit, I think <br />the} should of been Notified out of respect and given a chance to respond. <br />I have not received a negative reply. <br />I'm sending you the McVey letter with the Certified Mail return receipt. <br />All the material was not removed by the Division of Hi§hway, approximately <br />one-half still remains and will be mined by the County Commissioners <br />in a Northeasterly direction.
