<br />EL PASO COUNTY <br />110 PERAfIT APPLICATION <br />SEPTEPIBER 1980 <br />EXHIBIT H <br />Reclamation Costs <br />The County appropriates annually in the normal budget process <br />sufficient monies for the Department of Transportation to complete <br />the necessary reclamations of gravel pits. A separate account <br />number is established in tfie Department's accounting system for <br />costs related to reclamation of gravel pits. <br />Attached is a statement by the Director of the Department of <br />Transportation stating that monies are available for and that <br />affected lands will be reclaimed in accordance with the terms of the <br />permit and Section 34-32-116 of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Act. <br /> <br />
