Solberg Pit <br />Dear Sir: <br />Section 39-32-110(4) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Rct requires that <br />". the operator shall annually file, on the anniversary date of the <br />permit, a Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations. The Notice <br />of Intent shall crontain an annual fee of 550.00 and a map or statement <br />that shall indicate: (a) the land affected during previotLS year; <br />(b) the Zand to be affected during the coming year; and (c) any Zand <br />reclaimed during the preceding year." <br />Based upon our records, the anniversary date of your operation is April 7 <br />and annual fees for the year(s) 81-82 , totalling S 50.00 <br />are due on that date.. <br />If your records indicate different facts, please inform this office as soon as <br />possible; otherwise, we will expect to receive the annual fees as required by <br />the statute on or before your anniversary date. Also, please include the <br />required Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations to bring the Division <br />up to date as to fine progress of mining and reclamation on the site.
