(MCC) submits the enclosed Minor Revision application for the <br />forementioned drill hole. <br />Mountain Coal Company (MCC) is proposing to drill a 9-inch diameter hole (7-inch cased and <br />grouted) in Section 22, of T.13S, R.90W, 6t1' Principal Meridian, Gunnison County, Colorado. The <br />proposed drill hole is within the current permitted coal mining azea (Permit Number C-80-007) and <br />on land surface managed by MCC. The drill hole will be located on Federal Coal (BLM) Lease D- <br />044569. The hole is designed to facilitate delivery of concrete to the E Seam.
