for Concrete Delivery, Minor Revision No. 333, (MR-333).
Dear Mr. Kaldenbach:
Mountain Coal Company, L.L.C. (MCC) submits the enclosed Minor Revision application for the
forementioned drill hole.
Mountain Coal Company (MCC) is proposing to drill a 9-inch diameter hole (7-inch cased and
grouted) in Section 22, of T.13S, R.90W, 6t1' Principal Meridian, Gunnison County, Colorado. The
proposed drill hole is within the current permitted coal mining azea (Permit Number C-80-007) and
on land surface managed by MCC. The drill hole will be located on Federal Coal (BLM) Lease D-
044569. The hole is designed to facilitate delivery of concrete to the E Seam. The drill hole will be
completed just below grade of the road and a small hopper will be installed at the top with a steel
door so that vehicles can access the small methane drainage building at the end of the road.
The attached Sylvester Gulch Surface Facilities Map No. 53B at a scale of 1" = 300', depicts the
general location of the proposed drill hole.
