These have been selected for the similazity to the Hartmahn Pit -dry pits, Cascajo soils, and
not near any residences. Berms have never been required for any of these, either by the County or
by the MLRB.
Special Use Permit No. Pit Name Operator

SUP #855 Tekavich Pit Beltramo
SUP # 786 Baca Pit Beltramo
SUP #571 Beltramo #2 Beltramo
SUP # 731 Wayt Pit Carruth
SUP #477 Conner # 1 Pit Cortner
SUP #609 Cortner #2 Pit JBCO
SUP #274 Pisciotta Pit Martin Sand & Gravel
SUP #96-01 Hawkins Pit 111 Southwest Ready-Mix
SUP #96-11 Hawkins Pit 110 Southwest Ready-Mix
SUP #461 Allen Pit Allen
SUP #249 Mauro Pit Cullen
SUP #~72 Boone Pit Martin Sand & Gravel
N/A ACC Pit Pueblo County
SUP #685 Fisher Pit Pueblo County
N/A Nepesta Hills Pit Pueblo County
N/A Utt Pit Pueblo County
SUP #646 Ross Pit Walsenburg Sand and Gravel
Again, 1 request that this matter be scheduled for the January 1998 Planning Commission meeting,
and that Condition 17 be removed from this SUP.
