<br />~~ <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br />^ <br />(5) (as amended October 4, 1971) Oil drilling, quarries, mining, <br />(6) <br />~ (7) <br />.,i ($) <br />sand and gravel operations and similar extractive land uses, pro- <br />vided all such uses shall be located at least 660 feet from schools, <br />churches, and dwellings on other lots and further provided that <br />all quarries and sand and gravel gperations shall be subject to <br />review as set forth in Section XV of this Resolution entitled <br />Uses Permitted by Special Review. In connection with the granting <br />of permission for sand and gravel mining operations, the Board of <br />County Commissioners may, in addition to imposing other conditions, <br />require compliance with a plan of reclamation; and may specify the <br />basic use, location and bulk regulations to be applicable to areas <br />reclaimed in accordance with the plan of reclamation, and the con- <br />ditions upon which such basic use, location and bulk regulations <br />shall become applicable; <br />Schools for elementary and high school education; <br />Public parks, playgrounds and playfields for daytime use; <br />Golf courses, occupying more than 100 acres of land; <br />' (9) Churches; <br />(10) Public utility mains, lines and underground facilities; <br />(11) Accessory buildings and uses; <br />(12) Mobile Homes (as established September 23, 1968) <br />(a) Mobile homes as an accessory use on a farm, limited to one <br />mobile home per farm, to house persons employed on the property <br />and their families; <br />(b) Mobile homes as a temporary use not to exceed eighteen (18) <br />- months during the construction of a residence on the same lot, <br />~ provided construction of the permanent dwelling is commenced <br />within 90 days after the temporary permit is granted for the <br />13 <br />
