<br />1.2 AUTHORITY <br />The Boulder County Zoning Resolution is authorized by Article II, Chapter <br />'~: 106, of the Colorado Revised Statutes, 1963, as amended, and is hereby <br />^ declared to be in accordance with all <br />provisions of these statutes. <br />1.3 SHORT TITLE <br />' For the purpose of brevity, this Resolution shall hereafter be referred <br />to as the Boulder County Zoning Resolution. <br />~, <br />r; 1.4 CONTROL OVER USE <br />' After the effective date of this Resolution, and subject to the pro- <br />visions of Section XIX (Non-conforming Uses and Non-conforming Buildings): <br />(1) Any new building or other structure, and an.y tract of land, may <br />be used; and <br />T' (2) The use of any existing building, other structure or tract of land <br />^ <br />may be changed or extended; and <br />(3) Any existing building or otfrer structure may be enlarged, recon- <br />~ structed, structurally altered, converted or relocated; <br />for any purpose permitted or required by the regulations for the district <br />' in which such building, other structure or tract of land is located, <br />and for no other purpose. Such use, change, extension, enlargement, <br />' reconstruction, structural alteration, conversion or relocation shall <br />' be subject to all other regulations set forth or referred to in the <br />regulations for that district, and to any other applicable regulations <br />of this Resolution. <br />1.5 CONTROL OVER LOCATIOPI AND BULY. <br />In any district, after the effective date of this Resolution and subject <br />- to the provisions of Section XIX (Non-conforming Uses and Non-conforming <br />~~ Buildings), the location and bulk of all buildings and other structures, <br />' existing and future, shall be in conformity vrith: <br /> <br />r <br />r <br /> <br />L <br />3 <br />
