• <br />Exhibit D <br />Mining Flan ' <br />Mininy will. commence each season in the first pert of June <br />depending on snow depths and weather conditions.i It will <br />continue until the first part of October when the weat~er becomes <br />too severe to permit safe and practical mining. <br />During this season of approximately 130 days, ,all mining <br />will be open in nature. The mining of this propert~ has been <br />formulated into a plan consisting of three differ~nt phases. <br />Each phase will consist of the setting up a portabl~ recovery <br />plant at the lower end of each phase area. The ne~ded ponds, <br />pipelines, access way and temporary tailing locations will be <br />• constructed in a manner to avoid any undue erosion of pollution <br />problems. <br />I <br />Earth moving will consist of the ore being ex~avated and <br />transported by bulldozers to the portable mill. >~ue to the <br />terrain and mine logistics of this property, no oth~r forms of <br />ore transportation are practical. The ore will be ex~avated and <br />pushed the entire distance to the mill by bulldozers. <br />The ore will be pusherl onto a dozer-plate from wh~ch it will <br />be washed with high-pressure water into a vibrating s~reen. The <br />oversize will be removed to a temporary tailing loca ion. The <br />undersize will be sluiced to remove the free gold. 'the tails will <br />by dewatered and moved to temporary tailing piles. he slimes <br />and finer fraction will be settled out in settling p{~nds before <br />• 4 <br />
