Prior to September 22, 1999 ntmuve yourself a9 an objector to the project, <br />withdraw all objcetiotts, withdrew from "parry status" and forego the public <br />comment portions of the Mined Land Reclamation Board bearing proceedings. <br />2. Immediately install on the Swift Ponds property, at your cost and expense, a <br />minimum of four piezomctcr-type monitoring wells and initiate a monitoring aad <br />reporting program. Prepare and record a similar meinunance covenant as the <br />encloxd on the piezometer wells. We will assist you in this effort. <br />3. Execute by September 24, 1999 your acceptatce of the Stale Engineer's Office <br />600-foot well spacing statement. <br />4.
