Waters of <br />the U.S. includes ephemeral, intermittent and perennial streams their surface connected wetlands and <br />adjacent wetlands and certain lakes, ponds, drainage ditches and itTigation ditches that have a nexus [o <br />interstate commerce. <br />Work to waters of the U.S. should be shown on a map with a list identifying the Quarter Section. <br />Township, Range atld County, and Latitude and Longitude [o seconds or the UTM coordinates of each area <br />of work. <br />If there are any questions concerning this matter please call n7r.
