S. Fish and Wddlife Service (Service) <br />regarding the Heir Mine. It is the Service's understanding that a qualified ewlogist is being <br />consulted to perform site assessme~s and surveys as necessary to determine the potential fer <br />the project to affect Federally threatened, endangered, and proposed species. <br />A report concerning the effects of the project to listed and proposed species will be <br />forwarded to the Service once these evahrations have been completed. At that time, the <br />Service will provide either a concurrence with these determinations, or further direction, as <br />necessary.
