10. Lorencito, its employees and contractors, shall not hunt, camp, fish or carry <br />• firearms (on their person or in their vehicles) on the Leased Lands or on other <br />lands owned or controlled by Hill without written permission from Hill. Lorencrto <br />shall prohibit its employees or contractors from carrying firearms on the Leased <br />Lands or such other lands owned by Surface Owner. Lorencito shall give written <br />notice to its employees and contractors of the requirements of this paragraph. In <br />the event of any violation of these restrictions by Lorencito, its employees or <br />contractors, disciplinary action will be taken by Lorencito. <br />11. Prior to commencing road, location, plant construction and mining operations, <br />Lessee shall deliver to Lessor a thirty (30) day notification by submitting a plat of <br />the proposed operation. Lessee shall make a good faith effort to contact the <br />representatives of Lessor prior to subcontractors of Lessee entering the Leased <br />Lands, except for standazd, routine and emergency operations. Permission may <br />be granted one time for a given operation or activity of greater than one day of <br />duration.
