Fergueon~ have examined the Eill area for the Carbon Junction Mine <br />and find the following: <br />1. The mine wee inactive at the time of inspection (which was <br />October 1, 1986); and as of this date there hoe been no further <br />activity; <br />2. The fill area was physically stable, not showing signs of erosion, <br />elumping~ oinking or weahoute; <br />3. The fill was predominantly sandstone and had been compacted to <br />smooth lifts which appeacded to be approximately 4 fee t• Erom Crurk <br />size and geometry of dumping; <br />4.
