These roads include our road up <br />to the point where it intersects the haul mad of KING COAL MIME. The other access <br />road within the Northwest portion of the fifty-three (53) acre permit area will also <br />be reclavred up to the point where it intersects the access mad of the UTE MOUNTAIN <br />UTE TRIF.E. BLUE FLAME COAL MINE commits to constructing berms eighteen inches (18") <br />high on both sides of the road that leads across ll'I'E MOUMPAIN U'I'E land to County Road <br />120. <br />GP."DIDIG AND BACKFILLING: After. the portals are bac}:filled and sealed, the dis- <br />turbed area will be backfilled and topsoiled to approximate the original three to one <br />(3 to 1) slope. Some compaction <br />may be necessary prior to roughing the surface.
