Our initial review indicates that all preliminary <br />items required by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, Article 32 of Title 32, Sec- <br />tion 34-32- Z10 Dave been :submitted; thus pour application has been deemed complete <br />for the purposes of filing an this date. All review sad discussion periods as provided <br />in the Act sad the Rules & Itegulacions (as amended, effective July 1978) promulgated <br />thereunder initiate from this date of filing, unless you notify us by June lo, 2982 that <br />you wish a later filing data, as per amended RULE 1.1(10) of the aforementioned Rules <br />b Regulations. Please refer to this RULE concerning Local government approval, as well. <br />The tentative date for consi.deratian of your application by the Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board will be Tune 23-24, 1:982 You should commence publication of a notice of <br />filing of this application accordingly (see reverse side For notice format). Notice <br />requirements can be found in RULE 3.2 Because the date for consideration may be <br />subject to revision, please do not: include is in your notice. For Limited Impact per- <br />mit applications, the final data for filing of objections, which must be stated in the <br />publication, will be 48 hours before this tentative date for Board consideration. <br />You must also place a copy o.E this application fbr public review, less confidential <br />items, with the xit Carson County Clerk and Recorder.
