Most is throw out the old and insert the new. <br />I am enclosing: <br />1) The original and four copies of the cover and page 2 of the application <br />showing the corrected acreage and blasting as part of the mining plan. <br />2) The original and four copies of Exhibit A, each consisting of three pages, <br />eliminating the unpatented claims from the map and the Ben Boldt, Paymaster, <br />Major and Shamrock patented claims from the legal leaving 200 Acres, more <br />or less, permitted, including Forest Service Land. <br />3) The original and four copies of Exhibit B, index map, with the unpatented mining <br />claim deleted. <br />4) The original and four copies of one map for Exhibits C and D with the appropriate <br />corrections <br />5) The original and four copies of Henkle and Associates blasting analysis and <br />pre-blast requirements which should be added to Exhibit D-Mining Plan. <br />6) An original and four copies of the Exhibit F -Reclamation Map. <br />7) The map tube contains an overlay - milar for each of the maps submitted for <br />use on the airel photo of the mine, plus an overlay for the access roads survey. <br />I hope I am correct in assuming that a letter from the State Water Engineer <br />regarding water use on the premises and a letter from the U.S. Forest Ranger <br />regarding access over Forest Service Land will complete the file. <br />CC. <br />Johnny G.
