Introduction
Tab 2 of the Yoast Mine Permit Application addresses the supplemental information requirements of
the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation board for Coal Mining at Rule 2.03.3, and
provides intormation regarding general policies of the Company. The information includes
identification of persons and organizations that collected and analyzed data for the application,
certification of technical data, fire prevention and control measures, health and safety measures, and
equal employment practices.
