TAB 2 <br />• GENERAL POLICIES <br />Introduction <br />Tab 2 of the Yoast Mine Permit Application addresses the supplemental information requirements of <br />the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation board for Coal Mining at Rule 2.03.3, and <br />provides intormation regarding general policies of the Company. The information includes <br />identification of persons and organizations that collected and analyzed data for the application, <br />certification of technical data, fire prevention and control measures, health and safety measures, and <br />equal employment practices. <br />Permit Application Contributors <br />The Yoast Mine Permit Application was prepared by Peabody and Seneca Coal Companies with the aid <br />of several independent consultants.
