M. in Fremont County, Colorado. <br />The duration of the permit is THREE (3) YEARS <br />Said activity is classified as (a) O~(-l0 STRIP MINING OPERATION , <br />and pursuant to the Fremont County Zoning Resolution, Section 411 <br />(c) (4) is subject to the following conditions: <br />That the mine will not permanently deface tl~e soil, cause erosion by <br />air or water. or be an eyesore to surrounding developments.
