Box KK, Meeker, CO 81641; (970) 878-5601, filed an application to conduct surface extraction of <br />construction materials and reclamation,at or near Section 19, Township 2S, Range 102 W, 6th Prime Meridian, <br />in Rio Blanco County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section, <br />Township, and Range. The application decision is scheduled for May 17, 1999. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Rio Blanco County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the <br />office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 2I5, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within ten (10) days of the date of the newspaper public <br />notice to be wnsidered in the application review process by the Division.
