With this
reply, I hope to have answered all questions regarding this op-
eration.
I contacted Mr Hal Simpson of Division of Water Resources follow-
ing receipt of my copy of your letter to Richard E White and the
attached Water Resources comments. Their concerns prompted my to
file for a conditional water storage right of 10 acre-feet, water
which will be used in the sand and gravel pit's operation. As soon
as we can establish water useage values we will petition the water
court to grant an absolute decree for that amount of water. The
filingwith the water referee was made the 1st of May. Following
public hearing and the ruling of the water court judge we will ad-
vise you of the outcome.
I trust this answers the beneficial water useage concerns and I
will notify the Division of Water Resources of our action by copy
of this letter.
Additional items of pertinance to this operation will be forwarded
tq youwhen available.
Sincere
cc Div. of Water )~
Mr. H.D.
