However, ow files contain incomplete information for this area, as most of Colorado <br />has not yet been inventoried for cultural resouuces. There is the possibility that as yet unidentified cultural <br />resources exist within the permit area. <br />Should h»man remains be discovered during mining activities, the requirements under State !aw CRS 24-80 <br />part 13 apply and must be followed. <br />Please note that our review of yow project is expedited when you indicate the extent of the proposed <br />permit area on a legible portion of the appropriate sod clearly identified 7S minute USGS <br />topographic map. The map enclosed indicates only the approximate location of the subject property on a <br />map of much lazger scale. <br />Thank you for the opportunity to cornmeal.
