Bettger:
Enclosed are the application forms for both of your operations. Please
sign them and return them to us as soon as possible. Also enclosed
is a copy of the inspection report concerning the six-acre tract of
land you recently applied for.
In order for your applications to be considered "complete" by the staff,
we need proof of county approval and a more precise legal description
of the areas. Since there is not enough time for you to give public
notice of your applications before the December Board meeting, your
permit will be up for consideration by the Board on January 25, 1977.
You are urged to attend just in case the Board has further questions
about your operation, but you are by no means obligated.
Please send us the required information at your earliest convenience.
If you cannot obtain county approval by the date of the Board meeting,
we can probably condition our permit upon the issuance of a special
use permit (for the right area).
Thank you very much for your continuing co-operation. If you have any
questions, please do not hesitate to contact Maggie Koperski, ovr
Mined Land Reclamation Specialist for your area.
Sincerely,
Gilbert F.
