THIS SOURCE IS <br />SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING EMISSION GUIDELINES: <br />a. Mining Activities -Visible emissions not to exceed 20%, no off-property transport of visible <br />emissions. <br />b. Processing Activities -Visible emissions not to exceed 20%, no off-properly transport of visible <br />emissions. <br />Control Measures <br />1. Adequate soil moisture must be maintained in topsoil and overburden to control emissions during <br />removal. Watering shall be implemented ff necessary. <br />2. Topsoil and overburden stockpiles shall be compacted and revegetated within one year. <br />3. Topsoil and overburden stockpiles shall be watered as needed to control emissions. <br />4.
