We will forward them as soon as possible. <br />NOTICES: fhe affidavit of publication in the Huerfano World newspaper was mailed to you on <br />November 1, 2000. <br />EXHIBIT C: Rule 6.4.3(g) -The access road has been identified as County Road 615 and is labeled on the <br />revised Exhibit C maps which were included in our initial technical adequacy response. The label is immediately <br />east of the North arrow. <br />EXHIBIT L: Rule 6.4.12 - Thz Applicant will provide a financial warranty totaling $ 115,400.00. <br />~HIBIT S: Rule 6A.19 -The owner of the access road has been determined to be Huerfano County <br />Please find enclosed the signed original agreement from the Huerfano County Commissioners.
