<br />• Exhibit E -Reclamation Plan <br />A) The pit will be mined in such a manner as to control drainage and <br />reflect the natural appearance of the adjacent area. <br />B) The stockpiled overburden will be spread over the disturbed area <br />to a depth of at least 6 inches, fertilized and revegetated. The <br />haulage area will be reclaimed except for a single entrance road <br />to be left for the landowner. <br />C) No slopes will be left steeper than 3:1. <br />D) All unsightly things such as rock, roots, etc. will be hurried <br />or hauled away. <br />E) Except for the mining of gravel, the present and future use of <br />the land is for grazing. <br />F) Mining in [he area will have little effect upon the wildlife in <br />the area. <br />G) Timetable of operations: <br />• 1 day - Placing and spreading overburden <br />r <br />1 day -Soil preparation <br />1 day - Seeding and Mulching <br />Total Reclamation Time - 3 days <br />H) The following seeding and fertilizing specifications are to be <br />included in [he construction plans and required within the affected <br />area. <br /> <br />
