<br />Las Animas County, 200 East First Street, Room 104,
<br />Trinidad, CO 81082; (719) 846-4486, has filed an
<br />application for a Construction Materials Limited Impact
<br />(110) Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land
<br />Reclamation Board under provisions of the Colorado Land
<br />Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction
<br />Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Yocam Gravel
<br />Pit and is located in Section 29 and 30, Township 29, Range
<br />51, 6th Prime Meridian.
<br />' The proposed date of commencement is July 7, 1999 and the
<br />proposed date of completion is July 7, 2009. The proposed
<br />future use of the land is pasture land. Additional
<br />information and tentative decision date may be obtained from
<br />the Division of Minerals and Geology, 1313 Sherman Street,
<br />Room 215, Denver, CO 80203 (303) 866-3567 or at the Las
<br />Animas County Clerk and Recorder's Office, 200 East First
<br />Street, Room 205, Trinidad, CO 81082.
<br />Comments must be in writing and must be received by the
<br />Division of Minerals and Geology by 4:00 P.M. on July 2,
