Includes county commissionerr's request <br /> for assistance in evaluation and control of potential <br /> adverse impacts. <br />December 13, 1988 - Received response to November 16, 1989 drill hole <br /> abandonment report request. Abandonment Procedures <br /> adequate. <br />December 19, 1988 - Costilla County Committee for Environmental Soundness <br /> (CCCES) requests extension of public comment period. <br />December 21, 1988 - Received letter from Costilla County Emergency <br /> Management Office requesting information regarding <br /> hazardous substances. <br />December 23, 1988 - Division notifies CCCES it cannot extend public comment <br />period.
