Sctlicvt ~ 2.04.7
snowmelt ceases, as illtsstrated by Figures 2.04.7-F4A through 2.04.7-F4I, Spring Discharge
• Hydrogtaphs (Springs SP-2 through SP-11). /
Discharge tray result in minor seeps or springs or may be lost to evaporation and transpiration at or
near the point of discharge. With the rugged terrain in the area and the natural occurrence of
relatively heavy vegetation in the steep drainage valleys, some seeps and springs may exist in valley
bottoms or on side-slopes which have not been located or identified, however, a reasonable effort has
been trade to locate seeps or springs in the areas overlying the existing and proposed underground
rnine workings. The following lists those seeps or springs identified through field reconnaissance
effons, with seep and spring locations shown on the Ground Water Hydrology Map, (Map 2.04-MS):
•
u
Spring Designation Flow Rate Located By
EIkNo. 1 <1 gpm Ground Reconnaissance (1978-1979)
Sanborn East SP-1 Ephemeral Ground Reconnaissance (1982-1983)
Sanborn East SP-2 Ephemeral Ground Reconnaissance (1982-1983)
Sanborn East SP-3 Ephemeral Ground Reconnaissance (1982-1983)
Sanborn East SP-4 Ephemeral Ground Reconnaissance (1962-1983)
Sanborn East SP-5 Ephemeral Ground Reconnaissance (1982-1983)
Sanborn East SP-6 Ephemeral Ground Reconnaissance (1982-1983)
Sanborn East SP-7 Ephemeral Ground Reconnaissance (1982-1983)
Sanborn East SP-8 12gpm Ground Reconnaissance (1982-1983)
Sanborn East SP-9 2gpm Ground Reconnaissance (1982-1983)
Sanborn East SP-10 8gpm Ground Reconnaissance (1982-1983)
Sanborn East SP-11 lgpm Ground Reconnaissance (1982-1983)
Thompson Creek A Ephemeral
Thompson Creek B Ephemeral
Ground Reconnaissance (1996)
Ground Reconnaissance (1996)
Thompson Creek C Ephemeral Ground Reconnaissance (1996)
Thompson Creek D Ephemeral Ground Reconnaissance (1996)
Thompson Creek E Ephemeral Ground Reconnaissance (1996)
Thompson Creek F Ephemeral Ground Reconnaissance (1996)
Thompson Creek G Ephemeral Ground Reconnaissance (1996)
Thompson Creek H Ephemeral Ground Reconnaissance (1996)
None of the identified seeps or springs have been developed for beneficial uses.
PR04 2.04-36 Revised Augtsst 2000
