Please address Mr. Sorenson's concerns by no later than <br />5:00 P.M. on September 14, 2005. Please be sure to submit two (2) copies of all documents. Rule 1.8.1 <br />states that changes and additions to the permit application must be filed with the Division and the County <br />Clerk and Recorder.
