NORTHWEST COLORADO CONSULTANTS, INC. <br />--~ <br />~~ a <br />Project: Pontl E Relocation <br />Location: Foidel Creek Mine <br />Client: Preasion Excavating <br />Work Performed: <br />Project No.: 95-2505 <br />Report No.: 15 <br />Date: 12/04/95 <br />Time: 2.0 <br />Mileage: a0 <br />EngrJTeeh: TT <br />As requested, we visited the project site twice on this date to conduct nuclear density test No.'s 44 through 45 on <br />the matenal being placed. <br />The excavanon contractor, Precision Excavating, placed and compacted approximately 6" of Class 5 road base <br />material on the haul road B being constructed adjacent to the relocated pond E. <br />Remarks: <br />The material tested generally met protect specifications with moisture contents being 1.3% to 1.8% below <br />optimum. <br />Please refer to the attached sheet for results of today's testing. <br />Verbal Discussions: <br />David Zehner of Preusion Excavating was notified of today's test results. <br />` • <br />
