As requested, we visited the project site on this date to conduct nuclear density test No.'s 36 through 39 on the
material being places.
The excavation contractor, Precision Excavating, placed and compacted approximately f 2" of 2 ~/2' minus pit run
sands and gravels on the haul road 8 being constructed adjacent to the relocated pond E and for the wash plant
access ramp.
Remarks:
The material tested generally met protect specifications wdh moisture contents being 3.0% to 3.4% below
optimum.
This report completes the compaction testing required for the subbase grade of the haul road.
Please refer to the attached sheet for results of today's testing.
