Our initial review indicates <br />that all preliminary items required by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Act, C.R.S. 34-32-101, et sea., have been submitted: thus your application has <br />been deemed complete on~la~6, 1990, All comment and review time periods <br />initiate from this date. <br />The decision date for your application is June 15, 1990. You should commence <br />publication of a notice of the filing of this application immediately (see <br />enclosed notice format). You must also mail a cop,v of the notice to all <br />owners of record of surface rights of affected land and immediately adjacent <br />land. You must provide proof of the notice and mailing, such as Certified <br />Mail Return Receipt Reouested, to the Mined Land Reclamation Division before <br />the date noted above. You must also place a copy of this application for <br />public review, less confidential items, with the Washington County Clerk and <br />Recorder. Any subsequent changes ar additions to the copies on file in our <br />office must also be made in this local government copy. <br />THE STAFF IS REVIEWING YOUR APPLICATION TO DETERMINE WHETHER IT IS ADEQUATE TO <br />MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE LAW.
