Box 350, Las Animas, CO 81054-0350; (719) 456-2223, filed an application to conduct Surface extraction of <br />construction materials and reclamation, ate or near Section 14, Township 225, Range 49W, 6th Prime Meridian, in Bent <br />Courny. Piease be advised that the pemut area may be located in more than one Section, Township, and Range. The <br />application decision is scheduled for November 25, 2004. <br />A copy of the application is available fort review at the Beat County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office of the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make conmlents or obj~tions, they must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division.
