HEALTH AND SAFETY <br /> • FENCING <br /> Perimeter fencing will be erected and maintained prior to <br /> and for the duration of all mining operations on the prop- <br /> erty for the purpose of public safety and the security of <br /> machinery and equipment. <br /> Perimeter fencing will consist of 3 strands of barbed wire. <br /> BLASTING <br /> :No blasting will be .involved in the mining operations <br /> on the property. <br /> ACCIDENT PREVENTION <br /> Proper precautions for accident prevention will be exercised <br /> at all times for the protection of all persons and property, <br /> actively and passively employed in, visiting and in the <br /> vicinity of the proposed project. <br /> Safety provisions and applicable laws and codes will be <br /> observed as prescribed by the -Mine, Safety 5 Health <br /> Administration CIS3A) of the Division of US Dept. of <br /> Labor, Mining Enforcement and Safety Administration (MESA) <br /> • Colorado Buraau of [-lines, occupational Safety and Health <br /> Administration (03HA) , Deoartment of Transportation (DOT) <br /> Adams County Highway Department , Colorado Department of <br /> Highways, Colorado Department of Health and the E.
