Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) has rescheduled the Formal Public Hearing to <br />address objections received related to the application for the Nissen Farm Resource Permit Application. <br />The Formal Public Hearing before the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, will occur during an <br />August 20, 2003 Board meeting at Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Room 318, Denver, <br />Colorado 80203, commencing at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be considered on <br />August 20.
