Diederich far Utah International Inc. <br />have petitioned this board for abandonment of the following described <br />roadway: <br />A •Fight-of-way running north and south thrcugh Sections <br />27 and 34 of Township 6 North, Range 91 West, and through <br />the NE; of Section 3, and through the SW'; of Section 2 <br />ending at the south line of Section 2 Township 5 North, <br />Range 91 West. <br />.\ ---~~ -' ~ ~ 'Being designated Moffat County Road Number 93 the Castor Gulch Road. <br />AND WHEREAS, notice has been properly served by legal notice in the <br />Daily Press <br />giving time and place fora public hearing <br />an proposed abandonment, ,~ ~ . <br />- AND WHEREAS, said hearing being held and no one appeared to protest <br />proposed abandonment, <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that the above described roadway sought to be <br />abandoned lies entirely within the Lounty of Moffat, <br />AND WHEREAS, said abandonment will not leave any lands without an <br />established public road, <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that there are no rights-of-way or easements <br />presently in use across same which need be reserved. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE [T RESOLVED, that the above described real property <br />situate in the County of.
