Issues regarding the effect of mining activities on groundwater levels are <br />addressed by the Colorado Division ofMinerals and Geolog% rather than the WattrQualtty Control Division The Division h <br />contacted the Division oflvlinerals and Geology so that they may appropriately address the citizen's concerns. Based on a fie. <br />inspection conducted by [he Water Quality Contra! Division staff, there were no operational issues that would prevem renewal <br />this general CDPS discharge permit.
