Per the N.R.C.5 the <br />mixture would be Sideoats, Blue Cnrama Western WheatGrass and applied at a rate of 5 <br />to 16 lbs per acre. (for 9) <br />As to the question of disc plowing the area of disturbed bank, the area if needed will be <br />mulched and topsoil mixed in plus adding fertilizer if needed, with the soil that has <br />been stockpiled it would be possible to lay top sot! at a depth of over 6 inches over any <br />area the county may use to stockpile material.l'his area is alt river- bank and disc <br />plowing if needed will not be a problem. The entire area hes been' over grazed and <br />there is not much-grass left on any part of the rangeland next to the river. <br />11. The county will be using as much of the tap-sail that is needed from the present <br />stockpiles, to reclaim the area. These stock piles are covered with grass now and will <br />remain protected until needed. <br />Exhibits F thru L are already address in the original application.
